Do alt B while in a new message and it will turn it on or off.

If you are using Outlook, open a new message, do an alt v.  Arrow down to,
BBC field and press enter to check it.
In Outlook Express, open a new message, do an alt v, arrow down to, show all
headers and press enter to check it.
In both applications, this will stay checked for future messages.
