Press alt T, R arrow to block senders..enter arrow to the one you want to unblock tab to remove button enter that's all you do
to block..arrow to the email unopened in inbox or wherever and press alt M, S you will be asked if this is what you want to do and then asked if you want it deleted the email that is, your sender's email is now blocked. remember..this action just blocks from your inbox it will go directly to your deleted folder withinin outlook express if that's what you use..
