Hi Lenny it's John R. here what you could try is this, this worked for me with MSN when I was in the blocked list, tab on to the list and hit, CTRL A, this will or shall I say normally highlights everything in a window, list, etc. and then don't arrow up or down just press CTRL A, this highlights everything and then tab only across to remove all of them or a quicker way could be, CTRL A, this highlights them all, now use your applications key, this is located on the bottom line, on the righthand side, two keys in from the left arrow key going towards the left, now a menu will come up, you will have things like, add address(s) to aloud list then press enter on it and this should do the job
