John, this may seem like a stupid question but I think I'll ask it anyway.
Are you familiar with the Forms Mode function in Jaws?  That's a recent
development which allows you to complete forms or enter information into
fields on the web.  But it can be a royal pain in the rear if you aren't
familiar with how it works.
Could that be your problem?  Before I get into this more deeply, please let
me know.
