Hi Cathy, Try this: >From the Jaws 8 main window, go to the help menu, and then hit enter on check for updates. After it is done updateing, re-boot the computer, and then see if it works any better. This seems to be a bug in version 8 with regards to Outlook Express, but people are getting different results almost on a machine to machine basis. If this doesn't work, then you should contact FS about it, and unfortunately drop back to an earlier version of Jaws until the issue is resolved. This is most definitely a poor excuse for an upgrade, and is certainly unacceptable. Just remember, you're not the only one having problems. smile HTH, Richard Justice www.blind-computing.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cathy" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <jaws-users-list@googlegroups.com> Sent: Sunday, May 13, 2007 9:08 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Re: the latest version of jfw and outlook express,
I tried to down load it off of the disk I received in the mail on Friday, and could not get it to load at all, so I was told to go to the web site and down load it off of Freedom, which I did, and was able to install it with no problem, but now can't read the mail in my in box with that version.
