Taking a survey? The answer is yes. At work, my Num Lock is on 98% of the time. I am much more efficient at entering numerical data using the Num Pad than the top row of numbers. In fact, I found it quite annoying when JAWS began turning the Num lock off. I recommended to FS that this should having JAWS turn off the num lock should be a user configurable setting. I am hoping they take it into consideration in the next version of JAWS.
