That's because there is no way to make message rules testing by the BCC 
field.

No, that's not good email etiquette according to most list owners.  Most
people have not made allowances or didn't know how to make message rules for
BCC messages.

ya, its called using the carbon copy and blind carbon copy fields
like your suppose to. That is good email etiquette . The bad way is
separate emails for every place you want to send it. Witch takes up
more time then needed. A few emails to the inbox ain't going to hurt
and there is a thing called the delete key.
