Rich, you should have the original installers on your computer. Running these, one for Mcafe and one for Spybot, should help. Be aware though, there is a video issue when you attempt to install Spybot with JAWS running; the Windows dong sound is heard, but no error message is displayed, and the programme terminates. Use Narrator or some other screen reader instead until Spybot is fully installed then restart JAWS.
