You asked whether there is "much trouble" setting up Eset's NOD32 to work with JAWS.
I didn't really do anything to it to change it in any way, and it works nicely for me with both JFW and Window-Eyes. Those people on the list who don't like tree views will probably not want to use this product, since its interface is presented as a tree view. It has a reasonably robust spyware component that comes with it for that price, so from my perspective, it's a bargain.
