I did all of this, and alt 1 through 0 doesn't work. On my other computer I did all that to. I'm running Jaws 8, windows XP home IE 7, and yahoo 7.5.0647 beta, but when I'm in a message window it says 6001610. I'm so confused as usually. Patti
