I did all of this, and alt 1 through 0 doesn't work.

On my other computer I did all that to. I'm running Jaws 8, windows XP home
IE 7, and yahoo 7.5.0647 beta, but when I'm in a message window it says
6001610.
 I'm so confused as usually.
