Hi All, I have installed a demo version of Jaws 8 on my wife's new Windows Vista Toshiba laptop running the business edition. Once the install is done, I get a video intercept error when I install the video intercept.
I get a dialog box asking me what I want to do, and the only choice I get with Jaws is the second one, which says install video intercept and restart the computer, however, when I press the spacebar on the execute button, I get the error message that the DC something or other has an error, and the only choice is the ok button. Is there a fix for this? I have confirmed that I am running the 32 bit version of Vista, and I am logged on as an administrator. Am I to assume that the only way I can do this is by using Narrator? Also, how can I do this if I have to shut down Jaws in order to be able to use Narrator properly. Any ideas would be appreciated.
