this problem I have experience a few month go. I got a new computr and iI stalled my Jaws 6.20. ithhas the same problem. you can: 1. download the Jaws 9 demo version and install it! 2. and then install the Jaws 8 again. 3. you can remove or uninstall your Jaws 9 but, don't remove the vidio intersept. --- Victor Gouveia <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 說：
