Hi,

If you have been using Jaws 7.1 for all of your testing, maybe you should
download the latest version and use it in demo mode and see if the problem
persists.

I am currently using Jaws 6.2, which works very well. I have a license for
version 7.1, but when I have used it, my computer always seems to experience
some sort of strange problems. so, it looks like I'll be using 6.2 for the
foreseeable future.

Good luck,
John
