Hi, If you have been using Jaws 7.1 for all of your testing, maybe you should download the latest version and use it in demo mode and see if the problem persists.
I am currently using Jaws 6.2, which works very well. I have a license for version 7.1, but when I have used it, my computer always seems to experience some sort of strange problems. so, it looks like I'll be using 6.2 for the foreseeable future.
