Hi Kimsan, Since I don't use Outlook this is just a suggestion on something to try. While in Outlook open quick settings, Insert / Jaws key, + v, & arrow down to, General Mail Settings. This is what I have in my Outllook Express quick settings under General Mail Settings.
General Mail Settings Message Header Field With Message Announcement Web frames and Link Count Announcement Messages automatically read Try unchecking the 1st 2 of these 3 checkboxes, & press enter to save your changes & close. If this doesn't help, then try checking them 1 at a time to see if playing with any of these settings helps. Take care.
