Hi Leonard, I don't have office 13, but in earlier versions of office, if the document has lots of blank lines between text, in the find what field, I would check the amount of blank lines I need to get rid of, press the enter key as to the amount of blanks I want to remove, then in the replace field, I press the space key once and go from there. In lots of documents like those, I find the blanklines are not consistent, so I had to go through the find/replace more than once.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] blank lines in office 2013

I have a file which has a lot of blank lines between text. How would I
find and replace blank lines in MS office 2013?
