I must admit that it is going to be necessary for me to check the page where
I have this Jart program for download as I am not sure if this information
is included on it or not.

Well, I decided to install Jarte on my home computer,
What I did was,
First, copy the following to the clipboard,
"enable screen reader mode"
Next I installed the jarte program,
Once the installation was finished,
And I opened the program, it opened in screen reader mode, and I had access
to the menu's and such.

Hello,
There is a trick to getting screen reader mode working. You can force Jarte
to switch to screen reader mode by copying the phrase "enable screen reader
mode" to the Windows clipboard before starting Jarte. This only needs to be
done one time. This should do what you need.
