Hi Joy, I don't believe that your messages were ignored, or that members on this list are not helpful, it may have been simply a matter of folks that read your messages didn't have any answers for you. On any e-mail list, if you don't have a helpful response to a given question, than you simply don't respond. Not all members check messages regularly, so it is possible that someone with the answer hasn't read your post yet. Just a thought!
