Hello. I often save e-mail messages I want to keep in text format, which can later be opened in Notepad.
However, sometimes, the messages come out in a very strange format, where I have to use my up and down arrow keys to navigate letter for letter to read the message. If anyone can tell me why this might be happening in certain messages, and how to remedy the issue, I'd appreciate that very much. The other thing you could do is copy and paste the text of an e-mail message into a blank word document. This is especially helpful if you want to preserve embedded links from the e-mail. Anyway, these are just my thoughts and experiences for what they are worth.
