Hi Jerry, We could probably be of more help, if we knew which e-mail client you are referring to. Most e-mail clients save messages as .eml , but do give an option in the save as dialogue to save as .txt. Alternatively, you could choose "open with", from the context menu in Windows Explorer, and select Notepad. Keep in mind if you choose this option, there will be much more in the message than just the message body text.
HTH, Rick Justice Tomorrow's another day, another way! and if tomorrow never comes, problem solved! ----- Original Message ----- From: <jyandt.mar...@comcast.net> To: <jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com> Sent: Wednesday, March 29, 2017 8:57 AM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Saving Email Messages Morning all. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to save email messages as notepad documents? I have several older email messages from a different email client that I cannot open without going through a serious hassle. Many thanks and humble appreciation.
