Paul, Just to be clear, do you realize that "Options" is only one of the choices in the JAWS menu? I'm not sure how you're opening the JAWS window. From Options, depending on the window, you either arrow right and left or arrow up and down to find Utilities. Maybe in another window you tab, but I doubt it.
