I still use it to this day, and I've only gotten a handful of times that Webvisum has not been able to solve my Image, granted, I may not use it as much as other people, but it's never done wrong by me.

Um, me thinks it's pretty obvious -- most likely if you have a 64-bit
version of Windows, you want the Windows64 version of FF-ESR. I think it
should default to that automatically when you hit tthe Windows download.

The other version is for 32-bit versions and for systems that are below
Windows 7, i.e. Vista, XP, Server 2003 etc.

Hi Net bat,

I noticed that there are 2 different Windows download links, Windows &
Windows 64, but in the properties there isn't an explanation of any
differences between the 2 of them. Do you know of any differences between
the 2 versions, & which version would be the best 1 to run on a 64 bit
computer? Thanks much.
P.S. The answer might be obvious, but if 1 of these is a 32 bit version,
I've heard that it's better to run 32 bit versions of some programs even if
there's a 64 bit version available.
Take care. Mike. Go Dodgers!

you can use the version 52 e s r version.; this is the business version and
usually will not upgrade for a full year. instead of every 6 weeks.
while still recieveing all the security updates.

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/?q=us

i got this upgrade this month so you would be able to use it unt next june
and
the updated webvisum 9.5 i think will still work for another year.
this webvisum is a modified signed version but i don't have the web page
to
download it.

It won't work anymore with the newer Firefoxes, I think from version 53 on.

Webvisum hasn't done anything with their plug-in in at least three years.
That's ashame.

You need to pay for captcha solving via a couple other options.

Try CaptchaBeGone.com or Rumola.com. Rumola works with Firefox and Google
Chrome.

As I mentioned on this topic several months ago, I thought this would be a
great thing for Jaws to try to support, but Mr. Damry wasn't interested.

Fortunately, there are only a few websites that don't have accessible
captcha solution alternatives.

I discovered that Webvisum is no longer on my Firefox browser. I logged
into
the Webvisum website and followed the instructions to download, but Firefox
won't let me, even though I pressed alt-a to accept. I think there was a
recent thread about this. If so, would someone remind me how to get around
this obstacle? Thanks.
