Arianna, try Andy's suggestion of arrowing once to the right in a link. I 
remember it solved the problem for me when I encountered it.

Mike, it does work when I copy the link and then paste it into the address bar 
in IE
  That's how I've done it the last few times now.

For some reason, this problem just started out of the blue.  I have no idea why.

I'll have to use the copy/paste go-round.
