Jerry, You may have a setting you need to change...
1. Insert +6 to open settings center. 2. Press Ctrl+Shift+D to enable default settings. 3. Type the word Keyboard in the edit field. 4. Tab into the list. 5. Arrow down until you hear Keyboard. 6. Right arrow to open this group. 7. Right arrow to open the General group. 8. F6 to jump over to the dialog window. 9. Tab until you hear Differentiate Between Left and Right Paired Keys. 10. Make sure this is unchecked. 11. F6 to go back to the Settings Center List. 12. Tab to OK. 13. Press Enter. See if that fixes the problem.
