David, I just went to my address book. There are huge numbers of names in that address book, names with email addresses. There are repititions of names and variations on names and email addresses. If I chose, I could spend a week going through those contacts and trying to clean them out. I am in the c's, and I only deleted a few. If I had more time now, I could delete many more. I just deleted some that were obvious errors and some that I know I'll never use But it took 20 minutes and I didn't finish the c's.again.

But the auto complete isn't so basically, I suppose there's still something corrupted. The Microsoft person told me that he'd emptied auto complete, and that if I write the first few letters and press control K, I'd get a list of relevant addresses from which I could choose. I tried that just now with my daughter's address and the list the control K brought up was completely irrelevant. And I still have to paste in the correct address for the DB Review list. David helped me upgrade to Jaws 2018 and we got rid of the to Miriam folder,so I think that auto complete is just not going to happen, except for the blind democracy list for some unknown reason.
