Hi all, I have a acer laptop running windows 10 and Jaws 2018. I have been having an issue where my computer will turn completely off with no warning when running on battery. When I restart the laptop the battery level is always pretty high so it isn't a battery issue. I took note of when this was happening so my brother could look at the logs and see what is happening. Well as far as he could see there was no reason for it. Then my brother played with my laptop for awhile without Jaws on and the laptop didn't shut down. He gave it back to me and I turned Jaws on and one minute later it had turned off. So this led us to think it was something to do with Jaws but I couldn't see why that was causing this. I had an upgrade I hadn't done on my Jaws so I did that and I haven't had the laptop shut down on me since. I'm hoping it is totally fixed but does anyone know why this would have been happening? Has it happened to anyone else?
