I had Norton and downloaded the Norton's removal tool but was unable to use it because it wants something in an edit box that is totally unreadable with jaws. It tells me to read something above and then copy it in this edit area, but I cannot figure out what that is suppose to be... I did remove Norton from the add/remove as well as all the samantic items too and also from my programs folder on the c drive.
