hi, there, If you go into the JAWS main help system, there is a book entitled "Using the Internet with JAWS". It talks mostly about IE, but the keystrokes for Firefox are almost the same, with a few minor exceptions. As has already been pointed out, if you have Firefox 3 you cannot access JAWS help on the fly while in the browser. Erin
