I only have Word2007 here and just recently got it, still lost between it's ribbon bars and those of Vista. I tried to find it, generally things are about the same just all spread around the interface but so far failing.
Under 2000 and 2003 ALT-T for Tools menu, bottom selection is options. I think paging is in the general sub-menu but not certain about that. There are about three options I think, animation, background and something else. Sorry but that is about as good as I am given my memory.
