There is nearly always help for JAWS-related matter within JAWS itself. The thing is to know how to access that help when you need it. there is keyboard help with insert+1, and insert+h for "JAWS hot keys"; and insert+F1 for program help. There are hundreds of commands in JAWS and Windows. It is sophisticated, and is simple only if you can make it so. Remember your JAWS training materials. Read them, off-line (not on the computer) if you can.
