do you have the read all messages in plain text, checked? you find this in
tools/options/read-tab. if it's checked, uncheck the box, and this should
help you.

I'm using XP Pro and I just installed JAWS 10. I'm finding that I'm not
able to read email messages either automatically when I open them nor

the cursor. I did a new install of video intercept and it shows that it
installed.
