Yeah, I also hate this new-fangled ribbon menu system. However, there is a free add-on you can download from the site below that will add the classic Word 2003 menus to the Add-ons option of the Word 2007 ribbon menu. This will give you the ability to use either the Word 2007 ribbon menus or the more traditional Word 2003 menus, including the beloved Letter Wizard which was dropped from Word 2007.
