Mandy, The easyest way I found to do it is to hit applocatiions on the message and chuse create rool. you cand chuse how to have the role setup for example rather you want to it to look at too field which works fine. Next you will want to make sure that the box that says do the following move it to the sposific folder. Tab to select folder button and chuse whare you want the messages to be placed and press enter. tab to ok and you are done.
