What was he doing (or trying to do) and what application or JAWS 
Configuration manager was he in when he muted JAWS?  Did he mute all sounds 
too?  (If the latter, it's possible he accidentally hit one of those extra 
keys on a multimedia keyboard - possibly a big round one to the right?  If 
that be, then pressing it again restores the sound.)

A friend muted JFW 10 with the keyboard. He doesn't know what keys he hit 
and wants to know if there is a toggle keys to turn the mute on and off.
