I have sounds set for my incoming emails in Outlook 2000. When I'm on Skype or doing something that I do not want to be interrupted by the email sounds, I will close Outlook 2000 out by hitting alt plus F4. I am finding that when I do this, I am still hearing the email sounds when I get an email. Could someone please tell me why this is happening?
