No I've seen other instances of this with people who use no screen readers at all. I don't know why this happens but looks like the task manager is the only solution. It is also happening with other programs I use as well.

Try going to the system tray with jaws key+f11 and then arrow around until you find Microsoft outlook. Press enter. The context menu should appear. Up arrow to close outlook.
