No, I only meant that I never need to turn forms mode on when opening a
Browser. Putting an address into the address bar should not require you to
turn on forms mode.
When I open up Internet Explorer, I press tab once and I am ready to start
typing the address into the address bar. When I open up Fire Fox, I am
already in the address bar.
Virtually every key has some JAWS-specific function, but this is only when
navigating a web page, not your Browser.

Oh? Hmmm, I have had to do this always or I press enter key and jaws says,
forms mode on...
If I don't press the enter key and then try to type in the edit field it
doesn't let me and it will put me somewhere else on the web page..

Did you have forms mode turned on?
When you hear jaws say "edit" you need to press the enter key which
turns
on
forms mode and then you can paste your stuff in.
Then you might have to tab or arrow to a start button or go button or
sometimes it might want some more info for you to edit, which means it
wants
you to type some info in the area that says the word edit...

The computer failed when I tried to put the address pasted into the web
