I just looked up the instructions for this and I think this will help. 1. Go to Tools and Internet Options. 2. Press control plus tab until you find the Content Page. 3. Tab until you find the two options for autocompleting personal information. In this case, you will want to press enter on the Personal Information option.
4. Once you press enter, tab through the various check boxes until you are satisfied with your current settings.
