So long as she has the setup program then yes she can reinstall from the
backup. In terms of activation, if the computer's locking code hasn't
changed then she can activate it even if she has 0 keys remaining on the
server. The fact is, the key count is only decremented if the computer's
locking code is different. Hope this helps. P.S. Should one reinstall
Windows using the same hhardware, does the computer's locking code change

I might help someone reinstall Windows. If she backs up JAWS 9 on an
external hard drive, can she install it again easily from the backup? Will
