Hi Elaine, Is there a wayy to stop Gmail from sending this particular person's Emails to the Spam folder? If so, would you please give me blow by blow steps that I can pass on to this other person that is having the problem? Thank you so much for your help. Take care. Mike

I often have to go through it to allow an email to get through to outlook express.
