Hi everyone, I am currently running Jaws 10 on a Vista laptop. I was previously using Jaws 9.
A few months ago I found that I was unable to download the latest update of Jaws from the help menu. My laptop would just freeze in the process. I called Tech support and we tried to do this from the web site, with the same results. I even reinstalled Jaws 10. The tech told me that I would need to totally remove everything regarding Jaws and then install Jaws 10. He said that with sighted guidance this would take some time. I was advised to call back when I had time. Has anyone had to do this? Or do you have an idea for me. Since Jaws is working well, I am even thinking of just waiting for Jaws 11.
