Not quite correct. There Aare also radiobuttons ANY OF which remain
unchecked even when you have your cursor over one, until you
single-click it or press spacebar on it TO CHANGE THE STATE. usuially,
radiobuttons are in a group from which one must be chosen. They are in
any case either/or. A button may be a Go button or an enter button,
much as you indicate. jaws DISTINGUISHES BETWEEN THE TWO TYPES - AS R
FOR RADIOBUTTON AND B FOR BUTTON, in virtual cursor mode.

Try this on for size, keep in mind this is what you might
call educated conjecture.
A radio button is checked when your cursor lands on it and
you simply hit the spacebar to activate it. A standard
button allows you access to a new screen.
The best example I can come up with is when logging into my
bank account, after entering user name and password I am
presented with a single log in button.
In another screen I am presented with a series of radio
buttons that will ask credit, debit, savings, checking, well
you get the idea, only one of these buttons in the list can
be highlighted and pressed at a time.

What is the difference between a radio button and a button?
I thought those were the same?
