Mike, Interesting I just received an email promotion from buy.com. I have
the subject up to 600 and is still not wide enough for that one. I will not
toy any more. I usually never need to use the jaws cursor to read the
subject but on the freecycle list that is where the only information is
posted.

know how wide you can make the subject line. Also, you can press alt + W on

Hi Lenny,
Have you tried widening your subject line? If you haven't use the steps
below to do so. These are steps are for XP / Outlook Express users. I
don't know if they will work with Vista / Windows Mail or XP / Outlook.
While in Outlook Express press the alt + V keystroke for the view menu.
2. Arrow down to " Columns " and press enter or just press the letter " C
".
3. Arrow down to " Subject " and with " Subject " highlighted press the
keystroke alt + W. You will get a message stating how many pixels wide
your
subject line is currently set for. Back space this number out and type
400
or 425. I currently have mine set at 430. This will widen your subject
line so more print will fit. After you type in your desired number of
pixels tab to okay and press enter. Hope this helps. Take care.

I am not sure when this started but I recently noticed since I joined a
recycle list. In this list you are to post offer, wanted, taken or

plus the item and your town in the county. Jaws reads it with the pc
cursor
but if I try to read it with the jaws cursor it sometimes drops the last
few
words. An example of one of the subject lines is offer, gold drapes for
cutting up the fabric, Shenandoah If I try to use the jaws cursor for
next
word it stops at the word for then reads the time as the next word. It
also
sometimes starts reading something from my address book.
