I don't know how it works with jaws 7 on the main facebook site, however, once your account is set up, there are 2 alternative sites you can use.
The Mobile site, which should work well with jaws 7. http://m.facebook.com And then there is their beta site that is much easier to use than the real site. http://lite.facebook.com Note that you already have to have a facebook account for either of these sites to work. There are many blind people using facebook, but most of them use the mobile site.
