Ok I spoke too soon, the Languages link shows up with IE and not with
Firefox.

Sorry about not telling you that. Here's how to download MSE. First, go to
http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials then click on the languages and
locales link, at which point select your country in the combo box, then
choose your operating system. From there, it's pretty self-explanitory.
