Hi, you can do an in place upgrade (supported only on certain paths) or a custom (clean) install. Either way you should back up your files, and I would go with a custom anyway since you'll start fresh and not carry over existing problems from an upgrade.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Upgrading to Windows 7

Hi everyone,

If I upgrade to Windows 7 (which I want to do soon), will I lose all of my data and whatnot on my hard drive? Is there a way to just update the system, kind of like a really big version of Windows Update?

Thanks,
Michael
