If you go to the Help menu of JAWS and hit enter, you then down-arrow to, "Check for Updates" and hit enter. You then hit the spacebar on the item which will probably be at the top and says security update for JAWS 11.0.734. After you check it, you have to tab over to ok and hit the spacebar. It will then start to download update with the clicking sound. You will have two more OK buttons, the last one being to restart your computer.
