Try ctrl+space, then space. Also, did you hear clicks when you tried to
enter or did enter the previous page? If you did, and if the first
solution doesn't work, press alt-n, and read the resultant menu. Then
press double-click or spacebar on Allow (or one of the buttons that will
at least temporarily allow the activeX control to run). Did you hear
"OnMouseover"? if so, then press ctrl+insert+enter to activate it.

Hadn't thought of that, but just checked and pop up blocker is not
turned on. Also, I should have mentioned that other links on the page
work fine.
