I'm not sure which version of Windows I have, but I do know it's Windows XP. I use JAWS 9. I never created a restore point, but here's where you would go to create one. 1. Go to the Start Menu. 2. Go to the All Programs submenu. 3. Go to the Accessories submenu. 4. Go to the System Tools submenu. 5. Choose "System Restore." Make sure the radio button that says "create a Restore point" is checked by pressing the spacebar on it. Then press the "Next" button.
