Jeronimo, When you open the sort dialogue box, you are in the edit combo box for the primary sort column. If you use the up and down arrows, you can select from the various available columns to use as your primary sort column. Otherwise, you can simply type the column letter in. This combo box does not require you to open the drop-down list with the alt-down-arrow before selecting the column.
Tabbing once from here puts you in an identical combo box for selecting the secondary sort column and so on.
