Hi Deb;

Below is a message from a fellow list member that I saved just for the
information you are asking. He uses Jaws8 in his reference but, you would
look in your Jaws11 folder.

From: "Donald Marang" <

The dump file is there, even though JAWS freezes? Where would I find it?
This problem has happened to me several days in a row.

I went through almost the same experience this morning. I was in Outlook
2003, I hit control 2, JAWS began to read the calendar then froze. I spent
an hour and a half with our help desk--repairing Outlook didn't help.
FreedomScientific had heard nothing of this problem.
I gave up for several hours. when I started Outlook again about 4 hours
later, the calendar worked fine. I think my company was having problems
with their MS Exchange server. I would recommend trying again tomorrow.
One suggestion from FreedomScientific that may help diagnose the problem is
to force JAWS to shut down with the JAWS+WINDOWS+F4 key combination. (It
was described in a post on this blog earlier) This will create a dump file
you can send to them for analysis.
Good luck.
